And even The New York Times, have shared their opinion upon Zumba fitness, not surprisingly, they came to the same conclusion as many of the people which I attended the Zumba Classes with, "A session of Zumba can feel like a trip to a nightclub."

Zumba fitness has even become so popular that the Nintendo Wii console has created a game to go with the Zumba fitness regime. The game has all of the instructions, the Latin beats and the swift movements which are the signatures of the Zumba fitness programme. The Wii was made for Zumba fitness, the control perfect for performing the exercises. While it lacks the social and instructive aspect of the classes, the game gives you the same workout, which may be worth consideration if you already have a Wii console and don’t have the money to spend upon weekly classes.
